The International MMA Sport Federation (IMMASF) is the global governing body for the advancement and regulation of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) as a recognized competitive sport and educational discipline. Our mission is to promote integrity, safety, inclusion, and excellence at every level of MMA — from grassroots development to elite international competition.

Founded under the leadership of Iman Amirmohammadi, IMMASF unites national MMA federations, coaches, athletes, referees, and sports leaders under a shared vision:


To legitimize MMA worldwide as a structured, ethical, and empowering sport.


IMMASF operates as a non-political, non-profit international institution, committed to:



Establishing standardized rules and regulations



Supporting national federations in membership, training, and events



Providing certification for athletes, coaches, and officials
